We'll probably pull it together in another few games. Between the scheduling, road travel, time involved and quality of competition, it was a TERRIBLE run for us. And I really do think the guys are just trying to work through the motions without killing themselves over it.

Not like "saving themselves for the playoffs" but rather no one wants to set themselves back right before it for a routine game like Hedman did in 2019

I knew it was home heavy at the end but not that much. This is fantastic news. I almost hope Coop gave them an off day yesterday and has another one scheduled tomorrow. Get them rested. You can always practice on off days and game days in Tampa and we're gonna get a ton of time to clean up our act. Get them physically ready to do it and the mental will straighten itself out
