I don't want to assume season over just yet, but it's definitely not going to be a brief thing, either. Any suspension means we're not playing any hockey for at least another month and, in all likelihood, longer than that.

I wonder at what point we would cross the rubicon of whether the season and playoffs can be finished or not.

I might have to find out where Jon Cooper lives and egg his house and car if the season is cancelled. He should never have survived last season and I'll be damned I spent a year staying quiet

In Aussie trailer land, ALL football codes start this week.. all of em... We are talking 90K people to round 1 alone and an average of about 60K to a game -- yes our stadiums can hold 100K + none of them will get cancelled and no idea will be floated.

Im that confident. And yes the wuhan flu is here in melbourne.

I would assume a suspension will come before complete cancellation. Suspend for a few weeks and re-evaluate then. Not to say that it won't get cancelled eventually, though.

They already announced a suspension and are working on scheduling for July.

If anything, this delay allows our team to get healthy (assuming they don’t scrap the playoffs after resuming).
