hey guys, last year was my 1st year of competitive play. well team tryouts are next week. we had an "open gym" like thing for hockey today. just go out and skate shoot around we had some scrimmage games. well what does that have to do with anything? last year like i said first year. first game i hurt my leg. ankle, knee, and groin. i had a torn groin, sprained ankle, and messed up cartilage in my knee. i got home today and nothing, no pain, no stiffness no anything. i had to go help my mom move a book shelf at school. i lifted up and felt a SHARP pain. it went away. it is just really tight. ihave never felt that bad of pain. is it possible i re-tore my groin. i have try-outs next week and REALLY want to make this team. what do you recommend? tell the coach im hurt or wait another year?
