Nah. Josh Morrissey is the correct answer. I would have said the same thing a few years back having watch both a bit in junior (while I followed Draisaitl). Morrissey isn't as lashy but he's a prototypical Suter-like Dman who is steady. Love his decision making.

Nurse for me. His skating, physical attributes are second to none and his offense is developing a lot quicker than the offensive dmen on the list are developing defensively.

Overall as in all aspects of the game? Nurse for me. He was a beast for the majority of the season.
Larsson, Klefbom, Sekera, Benning all regressed this year with he other regular being Russel. Nurse was fantastic for us, he was always gonna be a project.

Morrisey probably had the better year though.

Risto is the most valuable but guy is atrocious defensively and iirc isn't very special 5v5, mainly a PP guy. Not ideal and not the 2nd best.

Morrissey is clearly the best of these D-men. Comparison wise it make more sense to be comparing him the Jones for the best D-man in the draft than to compare him to anyone else for the second best.

Ummm Morrissey is on the top pair on one of the best teams in the NHL…

Nurse has the most raw skill and has been progressing at a crazy rate. Risto is the only one I’d consider trading him for, so voted Risto. It may change in the next couple years though

Surprised to see Ristolainen winning by far. Also surprised that Zadorov doesn't have more votes. He was an awesome defensive and puck moving force on the back end while Johnson missed a lot of the season.
