Taken From This Weeks "NHL on NBCSN" Press Release -

This week’s hockey coverage on NBCSN begins tomorrow night at 7:30 pm ET, when 2015 All-Star Game leading vote-getter Zemgus Girgensons and the Buffalo Sabres host Jonathan Quick and the Los Angeles Kings. Coverage begins at 7:00 pm ET with NHL Live. Kathryn Tappen hosts Tuesday's studio coverage with analysts Mike Milbury and Keith Jones.

Los Angeles Kings at Buffalo Sabres - Tuesday Night - 7:30 pm ET - NBCSN.

Jonathan Quick and the Kings kick off a five-game road trip tomorrow night in Buffalo against the Sabres. In their last meeting on October 23, Quick set a Kings’ franchise record in a 2-0 win, recording his 33rd career shutout to surpass Rogie Vachon for the most regular-season shutouts in Kings history. The Sabres have bounced back after a slow start to win six of their last nine games, led in part by former first-round pick Zemgus Girgensons, who tops 2015 NHL All-Star Game voting to this point. Dave Strader (Play-By-Play) and Brian Engblom (Inside-The-Glass Analyst) will provide LIVE commentary from the First Niagara Center in Buffalo, NY.

Wait has Stewart been getting scratched lately or is this a new thing. Maybe a trade?

@BuffNewsVogl

Scratched Chris Stewart avoided Sabres' dressing room, changed in back and had his equipment sent to stall via shopping cart.

Wishful thinking...trade? :D

Tonight will be Stewart's first healthy scratch of the season. He's in Nolan's doghouse on Buffalo's fourth line, having played less than ten minutes in each of the last two games.

@pham1717: Nolan said Strachan's injury hasn't improved yet. He said Stewart needs to play his game as a power forward if he wants to be in the line up

@BuffNewsVogl: Sabres' Ted Nolan on scratching Chris Stewart: "He’s a big, powerful forward, but powerful forwards can’t be playing a soft game."
