[FIELDSET="QUOTES TO NOTE"]

It was definitely a memorable one for me, getting my first career win in Joe Louis Arena. It came in pretty dramatic fashion with Brassard scoring with like 30 seconds remaining in overtime.
It was a memorable night for me personally, and just a huge win for the team at that time last season, coming at the end of the long season-opening road trip.
- Cam Talbot

I think it’s official. I think the hockey gods are not happy I signed here.
It’s breaking news. I don’t know if they’re Islanders fans or Detroit fans but they’re definitely not happy with me signing here.
I’ve played, 1,100-plus games and never missed a game for the flu and I missed two. It’s been a pretty strange season all together.
The injury to start the season, it really hasn’t been a part of my career so far so it’s been strange.
- Dan Boyle

Glass' got a face only a mother could love right now. He looks like ****.

Talbot starting. I think we win this won with a strong D showing on the road. Seem to have the Wings' number over the past couple of seasons it feels like.

Think with Talbot in net, the team having practice all week, no excuses for the coverage in the defensive zone. It needs to be perfect.

Expecting big games out of Kreider and Zucc for some reason.

Let's get back to collecting points.

Man, I was at that game last year. Such a huge win to see live.
Pouliot was the star of the show.

Detroit has been really impressive. Will be a tough match up. Very important that we get the old Mac soon:(

For some reason I thought they would have had much better statistical years, still some time.

I know I fangirl a lot over Zucc, but kreider has been a bit more of a dissapointmen. He's done virtually nothing all year, which is really, really weird
