I get why Khudobin plays again but not really a fan of that. Honka for Hanley seems a good idea since Hanley looked like the weak link . Forwards looked good yesterday so if everyone is good to go again no need for any changes.

Khudobin has been shaky lately, but I suppose against this high flying Avs team it's best to not start the ahl goalie

Excited to see faksas shutdown line to go against the mckinnon line.

Only worry is having nuke going against such a dangerous top line h2h.

Id prefer they put comeau back on that shutdown line for a night.

An effective night from faksas group gives us a good chance.

Have a feeling dobbys gonna get lit up . He reminds me a lot of niemi lately. Constantly looking behind him after every save .

What do you guys think of Monty so far?

I like him a lot so far but wish he would change things up a little more when it's not working out (ex: top powerplay unit, top line sometimes, etc.). I also don't like that he isn't giving Dickinson more of a chance but I know he likes him a lot.

He's great for the young guys and players though. He is putting them in a position to succeed and is playing Spezza where he should actually be played.

The depth is still not great but that's not on him. The injuries and forward core are hurting this team but I blame Nill for that before Monty

Random Side note: I love his interviews (super descriptive and answers every question well) and he seems like a great guy.

Faksa Pitlick was out there.. but all season Monty heasn't really relied on him on the PK like Hitch did.

Lots of occasions where he isn't 1st or 2nd out there.

Like how do you call Janmark, Faksa, don't look the same, different style.. look at whose on the ice.

Just totally clueless to whats happening. Same with all the delays at the start of the game.. "maybe they are discussing where the puck will get dropped" .. lmfao what

Our team is filled with players that only wanna play defense

No transition game at all. They seem to enjoy just getting the puck out of the zone and then getting a change

Remember when most people around here said Honka was going to be on our 2nd pairing and that his entire problem was Hitch misused him...
Well seems like a good time to say it now "I told you he sucked"
