He needs to figure it out on his own, it’s impossible to cater to every player. He isn’t a rookie and has played for a variety of clubs in his career.

You'd think a 3rd line of JVR-Hayes-Voracek would create matchup nightmares and be able to feast on weaker competition. Maybe some day...

I don’t like the Hayes contract either, but it’s still early. I’m sure he’ll get better if they stop ruining the lineup constantly.

No more Twarynski on the 3rd line will help. But hopefully JVR and Hayes wake up soon and don’t kill Voraceks scoring too much. We already have Giroux, Ghost, and Sanheim being screwed with, so we can’t afford more of that. You can see the effects of those coaching mistakes in the teams scoring lately.
