Reminds me of the time when my nephew (he's 10 now), but when he started t-ball he always took his bat with him. He would run around the base with the bat as if he was going to swing on the kids. (He never was he just had it in the swing position)

We all used to yell "Drop the bat!" And he'd remember to drop it....at the plate.

Kids at that age are hilarious

When my nephew was that age sometimes he'd get bored in the "outfield" and start pretending he was a dinosaur. Good times, good times
