Russia being absent (not that we're picking Russians lately), and the USA having more 1st/2nd round talent, contributed to fewer Lightning prospects going.

It's not like Latvia or Norway are heavy hitters with draft picks.

United States

Undrafted free agents:

Tyler Johnson - United States (2009, 2010)
Andrej Sustr - Czechia (2010)
Artem Sergeev - Russia (2012, 2013)

Kind of a flawed list because some of these players were in the tournament before they were drafted. You also have players like Brett Connolly, Adam Janosik, Richard Panik, and Carter Ashton who were not Murray era picks, but played in the tournament after Murray and his staff were put together by Yzerman.

I’ve only been able to catch the 3rd period of this game. Exhibition game or not, it’s been very chippy

Lane Hutson gets the OT winner with the Nazar-Howard duo on the ice. US win 6-5

2 assists for Howard earlier in the game
