Beck (and Mesar) were 19 (turned 20 after December 31st) so their contract slides.

They wouldn't sign him to an ELC if they planned to send him back to junior because it would just waste a year of his ELC

Yeah but he's sitting at 11 Assists and he's currently leading the league in pts. He could of had alot more points if his teammates shot more accuratly, based on the opportunities they had.

But its true he should do better

Fair but I'd be weary using history as a counter to what your eyes are seeing. I don't see a guy who lacks scoring ability. He has all the tools

Oshawa Generals goaltender has been really shitty in this game. Sennecke is a forechecking beast, but Roobroek has been just outstanding. He looks like a pretty solid 6th round pick by NYR. Good game by Ritchie too.

Gens win 4-3 over 67s. Lead series 1-0.

His value is higher to us than on the trade market for sure.

We’re not going to get good value when he’s generally underproduced.

He’s got real question marks and can absolutely bust but we can afford to let that happen and gamble on him hitting. He has fantastic tools and I don’t think all his lack of production is on him.

Exactly. Kulich is not producing in his 2nd AHL season. Mesar is producing in the OHL playoffs. HuGo won't know what they have until he has played at least part of an AHL season.
