Second--Serious question. Are some foreign players not draft eligible? I nabbed Hannes Hellberg in the 6th round. When I look on Elite Prospects it doesn't indicate "eligible for 2023 draft." Despite him leading the U20 Swedish league in goals and leading the Swedish U19 team in points, I haven't seen him listed on a single list. It can't be that he is an overager--NHL lists several under "International Skaters." Seems like I am missing something.

I think NA players are eligible between 18-20 years old depending on their birthday and Non-NA can be drafted when they are 21 also if their birthday is before a certain date

The forward group still needs work, but Zegras, Terry, McTavish and Michkov is a pretty nice start. There will be all kinds of cap space to continue adding, as large short term contracts continue to expire.
