Yea we all thought he was AHL-bound. But in all honesty, the SHL is a step up from Liiga. So it's still a good thing.
But I was really hoping he'd be in Laval next year. It would have been fun to see Beck and Kapanen as centers in the AHL.

This guy is turning out to be a steal. He's consistently creating offense and playing a very nice skill game. He's quickly moving up my list of favourite prospects, I'm really excited to see what he can do next year in the SHL.

I’ll admit that the eye test for me isn’t exactly jaw dropping. Could just be a personal preference thing.
But the production is very very impressive. Really excited to see how he develops
