Oh I know, I know a few real leaf fans and legit feel bad for them.

My history with this site goes back almost 20 years and I'm convinced the main boards just get worse every year.

Yeah, Its the rules on this site imo.

They force people to be condescending dicks to each other rather than just allowing people to shit talk one another a few times. Which is WAAAY worse imo.

Although, I remember the politics boards had no moderation and that place was an absolute cesspool.

When I was a mod on the Leafs board circa 2006, there was a poster there that had everything troll down to a f***ing science. No one individual post would ever stand out, but when you viewed their body of work in the aggregate you knew what was up. You knew that every post was surgical in its intent, which was to push an agenda and to hijack any and all threads possible.

On the team boards you can handle that to some degree (unless said poster is protected by the admins, which absolutely happened in my day and probably still does today), but on the main boards those kind of posters are nigh on invincible.

Now that it’s past, and while I remain a proponent of division winners getting home games, I think there should be a mechanism where we do not have teams with losing records in the playoffs. I don’t think it’s too much to ask that you at least win half of your games. Or at least not lose more than half.

The Buccs were atrocious last night. Both the O and the D . Pretty much a reflection of their season. Some games they were good to decent but others they were brutal. It wasn't even close the Cowboys just mopped the floor with them and made it look easy
