Dobes finally!!

This time it's Norlinder (my 9th ranked prospect)

Add Ninja Turtle Harvey Pinard

It's a deep pool with good resumes. Not the same as the past cause we didn't have development resumes like this. Quality is getting better and better as time moves forward too.

I can't say I dislike that top 14 ranking too much. Good job boys.

We need guys to continue to takes steps forward this season. Should be interesting to see how this season unfolds. Lots of situations I'm intrigued by

Xhekaj is leading Ylonen and Norminder? I like the story, but does he have anything more than a longshot at a being 5-6?

Ylonen is almost there as a middle 6 guy. Norminder seems as long a shot as Xhekaj but higher upside?

Voted Ylonen

Went Ylo here... I get the Xhekaj love, but an overeager being one of the better players in the OHL is not really anything special. I'm more impressed with how he did at last season's camp. Really stood out. I feel he's still a boom or bust prospect. We'll have a much better picture after his first pro season.

Ylo has already shown he can be a bottom 6 winger at the NHL level.

Same age, similar production. We still can't vote for Joel. Draft bias? Ylonen has a good shot but everything else is raw.

Xhekaj > Norlinder

I like Teaser, but watching Ylonen progress has been really fun. If Teasedale can make the same progress that would be great. He is very consistent. Ylonen is very ready and I've seen him find other gears at important time swhich is something that really stands out when i watch young players.

Ylonen add RHP

I get the Xhekaj live and all but damn guys...

Norlinder was a 2nd rounder three years ago, is the same age as him and has been playing in higher levels at good success.

Ylonen has seen NHL time.

RHP is a top forward in the AHL.

Rohrer is almost four years younger.

Mysak was an equally important player on his team and is younger by quite a bit.

Its a good story and hes exciting because hes physical but cmon now.

I love Teasdale. But the difference between Ylonen and Teasdale is that Ylonen has had some NHL time and has progressed since last year.

Teasdale has unfortunately missed a lot of time due to injuries. If he hadn't, he could have been further along.

I would vote for Teasdale over some other prospects because he has shown good things in the pros so far. But I not ahead of Ylonen.

The disrespect on Ylonen.

53 pts in 81 AHL games
5 pts in 15 NHL games

Has shown progression in his 2 years in North America.

This guy should have already been voted into the list.

It's not necessarily disrespect. Just many prospects in the system.

I like Ylonen to make the NHL, as bottom sixer. He could be a top sixer. But the more we've seen, the less likely. So of one favors high ceiling over sure thing, one could take for example Heineman, Kidney, etc... over Ylonen.

I haven't voted for him, but I really like the player as almost a sure fire bottom sixer with skill, and potential top 6 sniper, who has speed and skill, and hopefully a sound all around game.
