Who will trade for Quick or Cal? You’ll need a major sweetener.
The ducks might trade for Cal. Gibson for Cal and Walker. They might do it because trading him saves 2 years of cap and helps the tank. The King might do it because they let a motivated Gibson undergo goalie surgery from Ranford. Of course if the surgery fails the kings are really screwed but desperate times require desperate measures.

Dominated most of the period but two bad goals is the difference. At least the boys are playing hard and skating well. Can't complain about the play just bad goaltending.

Trade for Varlamov; convert Quick to a winger.

He can be the extra forward with Grundstrom/JAD/whoever being moved for D help.

This game is a reminder of why we sucked to start this season. Look on Quicks face on that review looked like he was questioning if he still belongs in this league.

Can we sign a petition or something to get rid of Faust??? Like the dude is not getting better and his comments are either clueless or obvious.

Quicker 35 years old he's basically done. They only had him play because Copley looked gassed at the end of the last game

The Kings will have to retain on Cal Petersen, but we don't have to worry about that because there's not a single GM in the league stupid enough to trade for him. He's a dead asset and one of the worst contracts in the league. Quick's done at the end of the year. He'll retire. Which makes him the perfect candidate to be the back up for the rest of the year. It costs the Kings nothing.
So the Kings will go Dumpster diving for next Goaltender to play with Copley next year?

Maybe the Kings will sign Patrik Bartosak
