Looking ahead a bit here but man oh man next summers UFA class as of right now is pretty wild.


I'm sure some guys will get signed between now and UFA day, but I still think the Avs shouldn't have much difficulty adding a Burakovsky replacement for roughly the same cap space range as Bura.

Whatever Sakic does, it needs to be focused on bringing in more hockey IQ. We’ve got plenty of talent and athletic ability, but wow, does this team turn their brains off all too often. Burakovsky is a perfect representation of what’s wrong with the Avs, all the talent in the world and a 10 cent brain
