Can’t see Stroman and the Mets making things work. That was a steep price to pay for like 10 games but Mets obviously couldn’t know how sideways this shot was going to go

Hard to refuse 19 mil in a league where quality players are getting let go with 10-12 million dollar options. If I'm Gausman or Stroman I take it, though I see why Marcus won't. I might consider if I'm Realmuto since next offseason will likely be more clear.
