If there's nobody you've got a handle on, why not trade out to 2021 and try again? It's already a crap shoot that late, but why do it blindfolded?

They also had like 50 picks in this draft, I imagine they just didn't want to handle more guys.

Edit-ok, they had already drafted 8 guys, but might still have felt it was enough.

Two giants who play wing.
A young center who can skate well.

More like we're the family that is supposed to leave with the rest of the group for a vacation, but we get stuck behind and everyone else leaves without us. All other teams had multiple picks before our 1st at 111. It's like we never got out of the driveway.

Never would have traded for Hall so i left in the first though it probably would have been forfeited anyways along with the second and kept the devils trade for the 7th rounder
