It's funny... I was JUST looking back at the logs the last few years and was surprised to see I had done this not just last year but much of the year before too (time flies, I guess). Then I wanted to see who I took it over from and it turned out to be YOU

Then I got curious to see who YOU took it over from. Seems it was @Devils Trap in 2015 and @RogueStatus before that (whom I don't think I even know, but from his "Last Seen", I see he still logs in).

The records don't go back further than that, but I'm just curious how these prospect rankings have been passed on from person to person year to year. Do you recall any other people running the poll before 2013? Any idea who started the whole thing to begin with? I only joined in 2013, so it may be someone before my time.

Well I just spend 20 minutes finding all the underagers to play for Canada and I was getting quite excited for Mercer, than I realized he was an Oct born. Disregard, he is still a much better prospect than Foote.

Foote..... NHL shot already....NHL size....bull on the boards......can pass the puck as well....cerebral in his approach to game with high hockey IQ.....Skating is thing he needs to improve but is not a liability...ranked as a future top 6 forward......imo he should be no lower than two.

The concern is his production with Kelowna, hopefully it's just a little bit low because he doesn't have great linemates to play with.

If Foote wasn't injured so much this past year I'd imagine this would be closer but since he was I think this is definitely Mercer.

I went with Foote. Guy has the ability to be the ideal linemate for Jack down the road and I'm incredibly excited about when he gets a chance.

Mercer is right there for me as well.
