My wife was shocked that it was ending but that's because I don't really make time for the Kings anymore, or at least rarely at her expense anymore.

She's going to be bummed if they are ever good again.
Exact same boat. Up until a year or two ago I never missed a game.

I remember we were bowling with friends for her birthday in April 2014 during Game 4 against the Sharks, I'd throw a ball and then f*** right off to the nearest TV playing the game, and it was totally worth it.

Now I don't bother staying up most of the time, just watch the highlights if someone I like scored.
