Even with all their drama, this has to be Ottawa. They have much more potential to be a surprise than the other two since they still have an elite player.

Agreed, thats why i voted for them. They have a chance, compared to the wings or Canucks who have NO chance even to make the playoffs. They might as well be already officially eliminated from the 2019 playoffs

Ottawa and Detroit are both big dumpster fires just like the Canucks so it's not hard to imagine them finishing above the two. Voted Ottawa though. At least until they trade away Karlsson.
