I'd hope for a middling season with Pettersson and Boeser lighting it up, Quinn either playing solidly in the NHL or AHL, but our goaltending and depth stopping us from being in the race. I would love to have a new story line of the 2 brothers playing for the Canucks, and a couple Swedish stars in Pettersson and Dahlen.
Finish in the early 20's and luck out on the lottery.
You can only hit your head against a wall so many times before it'll break.

Jack Hughes would be the unquestioned 1C on this team. Horvat as a 2C would give us great depth down the middle.

The real tank begins.

The 2019 draft is coming to Vancouver.

Jack Hughes, brother of Canucks recent 1st round pick Quinn, looks to be a future superstar and slam dunk bet to be 1st overall.

When asked about playing against his brother one day, Jack responded "I'd rather play with him to be honest, he's amazing."

Somehow, some way, this needs to happen.

I would move Pettersson for Hughes without thinking twice.

Hughes is the best prospect since McDavid.

This deadline will be huge, we have to UNLOAD vets for picks. Edler, Tanev, Baertschi, Sutter, Gagner etc just get lots of picks.

I’d do anything to get 1st OA next year, if we’re top 5 we need to do whatever we can to move up.

I like the idea of keeping Tanev more than ever because he should play with Hughes.
