Even then it's much easier for an eastern team to fly west and play a game than vice-versa. Football at 10AM sucks.

I wouldn't care. This is the NFL. The schedule is what it is. I only really complain about the Thursday games.

It's extremely hard for teams to win travelling a long distance and time zones. Always has been.

I know everyone goes through similar, just sucks when it's your turn.

MLB, NHL and NFL have all had some weird scheduling the last couple of years. It's like the scheduling software they use makes it worse than when they sat around a table with index cards and Post-it Notes.

They print out - print out - like 13,000 schedules, and pare that down however many times.

They should have a representative from all 32 teams there for the final grouping to approve the schedule.
