Hello all, sorry for the delayed start this year, I was away all week. I'd love if you could all give the bolded a read before voting. I'll use @Mitch nylander first poll as our #1 because we will get the same results, thanks for saving me a poll. ha Also I'm only going to poll #20 this year because 30 is overkill and who really gives a damn.

I will make a thread everyday until we have determined the top 30 prospects according to Leaf fans on HFBoards for I think my 10th straight year. The criteria for a prospect will be loosely based on Calder eligibility. There may be a couple that slip through the cracks the first few posts because I am not perfect. Also please let me know if I have someone listed that is no longer with us, or any omissions. Comprehensive prospect lists are a little harder to find than you'd think this time of year.

Welcome back, Schenn.

Add Timashov or Carcone.

P.S. I don't think McGregor is with the organization any longer.

McGregor you're cut, hit the showers.

Carcone has to be removed now with Luchuk added.

I went with Lilly here would've liked him at 1

Lindgren has to be added

I went with Ian Scott here, because, well ... Potential vs Likelihood
Lilly has higher Liklihood of being an NHL D-Man,
But I'll take a star Goalie over a top-Pair D-Man.
Lilly is a fine choice too though.

Straight to Bracco and then Scott? Maybe 5?
I think the entire top 5 is pretty set. Bracco is #5, the first 4 comes down to Liljegren, Sandin, Scott, and Woll. And the order really doesn't matter. Goalies are voodoo but these 2 are both going to be great goalies in the future, but only 1 of them will be considered a star.

Looks like we need a poll then because to me future NHLer Bracco has to be ahead of maybe one day goalies.

I see Bracco as a Sam Gagner clone. Bracco is actually getting developed properly though. Think he ends up as a 2nd line powerplay specialist.
