Caps fans, has Reirdon shown enough that he is a good coach? He came into a elite team as the coach, but is he being farely ranked if he goes in the early 20s? I cant see what hes done to be considered a top half coach so far, perhaps a nother year will get a better idea

Then even a guy like Coach Green in Vancity, hes been there for two years, from what I can see hes not a bad coach so far, but has been handed a awful team and the results are as expected. But i also dont think hes done enough to prove he would be a top half coach
