I'll be honest...I'd never heard of this league before.

Quebec Cegep League. Usually don't have great players as everyone who's good usually moves to the QMJHL

Every since I've joined these drafts, I've liked to find an off the board pick for the 7th round.
Give the little guys a little exposure
Picks like Mexican-Russian project Kristian Afanasyev or AAA-star-turned-OHL-enforcer Keenan Reynolds, high school captain Garrett Pinoniemi, ya know. Most of them don't pan out (although Pinoniemi has gained a lot of ground in this draft!!!), and I admit this one is probably my most far out there

That said, Allais had a strong showing on a not-so-strong French international team last year and while he did not make the jump to the Q, he's putting up good numbers as a draft-eligible D in the minor juniors!

Please accept my apologies for my lack of participation lately. I have had a very rough few weeks and it cost me the enjoyment of the draft.

Most of you know I am have been doing the mocks for a couple years and I am fairly reliable but recently I have not for which I am sorry.

@Ristostadt - I would like to be considered for Mock 3.0 in May if possible but if not then I fully understand.

Best of luck with the rest of the draft guys. I sure love these things.
