In two seasons, the Sharks have played one game in LV Thanksgiving weekend as their first RS visit to Nevada.

Who knows what the league scheduler has in store for fans this season. (GMs nominally have final say on schedule, so may be finalized at GM meetings this coming week.)

It seems the Sharks have displaced the Kings as our biggest rival.
Sharks definitely have. I think us being decent to begin with and running into the dreaded sharks to years running and the intensity of the series, I do and do not want to run into the sharks next post season.

Bye week, ASG too.

So, they start/end the bye week with road games.

Not unheard of for two+ weeks trips away from the home fires, especially for Western Conference teams.

T-Mobile calendar doesn't have any VGK games on schedule (yet), nor showing anything beyond December. So, could be there's a week of some event in January that extended the road trip too.

Longest period away home in 17-18 was 16 days. Same in 18-19, 16 days. I'd say 28 days away from home is quite extreme.
