I don't know that this one qualifies so I'm leaving him pending Brock or Sean suggesting otherwise.

Vrbata was previously announced but I don't see a Hartnell source prior to today. Unless something dated September comes up he's locked in for the year.

We had this issue come up before (RE: CIS) and I can't remember what we did. Perhaps someone who was involved can remind us.

As for Hartnell, he did retire VIA instagram.


BUT, it was yesterday, so after October 1st, locking him in for the year.
