Maybe, but I can personally guarantee you that he is better than the goober we have in Philadelphia. He could be on life support with his family's hands on the plug and I would say the same thing.

Boucher is an interesting coach especially in a ranking like this. He has twice taken teams to the ECF in 4.5 years of coaching which is a pretty good record and a lot more than guys on the list have done as well as guys ahead of him. But he has also followed that up with two non-play-off performances.

I think he is ranked too low here because people think of his passive style of play mocked by the Flyers and because of how bad the Sens were last year.
