I think Lööke will make the team for the third year straight. New coach though, so probably not a 100%.

Others that are probably competing for a spot: Jonathan Léman, Alexander Younan, Jesper Lindgren and William Wikman.

Not sure what to think of this team right now. Good defense as usual and a hard working group of forwards, perhaps not enough elite talent. Most of them haven't really broken out yet but hopefully they will by next christmas.

There's more than a handful on the brink of the big break at the senior level. Not all of them will get it, but with JEE (already had it I'd say), Asplund, Steen, Lias Andersson, Grundström up front in the SHL, a few of them will be looked upon very differently as legit WJC stars I'd say, maybe more likely the HA guys like Pettersson, Dahlén, Bratt.

I think the overall talent level is very good once again, but obviously need three or four to really be go-to guys along with Nylander and JEE to really challenge for the gold.

The problem is that the best forwards are late 97 and 98. Early born 97 among forwards are pretty bad.

Otherwise it looks pretty good.

I would not mind Wernblom as a physical 4th liner.

He is very mature.....

Kilos is not problem, its junior hockey.

The Davidsson brothers played good game versus Leksand. Jesper Lindgren has 4 points in 4 games.

Fredrik Karlström, born 98 and drafted by Stars has a good start with AIK, 3 points in 4 games. Big player.

M.Davidsson - Fredrik Karlström - J.Davidsson

Karlström was perhaps the best Swedish forward in the last 4 nations tournament, I think he's a lock for the team if he plays well in Allsvenskan. Don't think Pettersson makes the team though. Liljegren didn't impress at the Hlinka and he'll be out for a while now, I think his chances to make the team are pretty slim actually.

Your value strong start in allsvenskan higher than strong start in shl? I wouldnt have Bratt, Karlström and Lööke that high up at this point

If we can get Nylander on the roster we might have something. Looks like we have solid goaltending and is stacked up front. And we got rid of our specialist in failure (grönborg) at least from the U20 team....

98 crop looks really strong

Gustavsson,Pettersson,Nylander,Andersson and Bratt etc.

Real shame about Liljegren. This team should be able to play at a higher pace than our last two WJC teams.

Surprising to see Enock and Högberg but I suppose they have done well at the SHL level.

Carlsson, Carlsson, Larsson - probably Kylington as well - the only locks probably so a few spots up in the air especially on the right side. Lindgren should have a good chance. Brännström and Gunnarsson could play their way onto the team with a strong tournament.
