I have no dog in this fight, but from where I sit that’s a fantastic game spoiled by the insanity of replay calls.

That game should absolutely have come down to whether the Cubs could legitimately hold off the rally, not whether a runner’s foot was microscopically off the bag after he’d tagged up.

^The Nats were up 4-1 and then had the top of the order up v Wade Davis, eventually you have to call out the team. It sucks, but it's also a 5 game series with the deciding one at home.

Masterful performance. Nats chipped just a little less then they needed. Nats fought but not hard enough. You gotta step up in the playoffs. Heart wins championships along with determination. You cannot coach or teach that, and Dusty isn't gonna help out.

there were more people in the cubs bullpen at the end of the game than there were in the stands in montreal for years at a time.

Instant classic...Tons of miscues...That was the most Natinals(not Nationals) game ever

I said it back months ago when the Cubs were struggling and the Brewers were looking like the eventual third seed. I still don't and won't trust the Natinals in the playoffs.
