The NHL.com just released a video on how they are going to try to enforce some new rule changes. There is an interesting one on visors I hope they follow through on.

Excellent, this is something I have to show to some of my friends that don't keep up with the game as much as I do. Will ease some confusion for sure.

I really hope they maintain calling the slashes. The stick work (slashing) is getting out of hand. One of my worries this year with the Yotes speed is flying by the opposition and them slashing their arms to defend. We can not afford any key injuries.

I'm confused. If your name is Crosby can you still sever fingers or not?

I did find it hilarious that they didn't show that slash in their video as the example. That moment was probably one of the big points that made this enforcement thing start gaining steam, imo.
