Everyone (including myself and I live in CO) has written this team off all year but they continually show up.

I think CU surprises everyone and pulls it off. They have done it all year with little to no love. Playing as the underdog in these types of games gives you an edge.

Off the top of my head some schools that likely will/should call him:

Notre Dame, Oregon, Baylor, Texas A&M, Houston

I think the only obvious step up there is Notre Dame but those other jobs would certainly provide Coach Mac with more resources. And given his recruiting success in Texas I think he'd be an even bigger hit should he coach a Texas school.

True, little sense in leaving Colorado when they're having a renaissance season and look poised for success next year too for a reclamation job at Notre Dame, Oregon or Baylor.
