It does work, but so far the pre-draft personalities have been terrible. They just interviewed Laine and I couldn't take the "we don't understand anything outside of America" attitude of them. At the end of the interview one of the guys looked to Laine, overemphasized a nod and said to him very slowly "we understandddd you completely."
