I have a feeling that Kerby Rychel is over-rated by Leaf fans. Leaf fans see him as a first round pick, but he hasn't performed well as a pro.

What are you basing this on??

60 points in 88 AHL games.

12 points in 37 NHL games.

Tough as nails.

.....and he's 21. So why aren't we supposed to be excited for this guy again??

Wanted to vote Korshkov, but had to vote Timashov because some people are overrating Kerby Rychel waaayyyyy too much.

Has to be Rychel. This kid is getting underrated.

If Andrew Nielsen is our ~15th best prospect, god damn we have a strong pool.

Any one of them fits here. None are quite clear yet as to what they can be.

Korshkov, Timashov, and Rychel all seem to have reasonably similar upside. They could end up as top-6 forwards, but at least have the potential to carve out legitimate NHL careers.

Neilson is my vote. It remains to be seen how well his game translates ... but top-pairing guy is on the table. That it is even possible gives him the edge for me.

Kerby Rychel. Stuck in an organization that didn't like him, gave him bad minutes, and was 'underproducing' with still good numbers in both the AHL and the NHL.

Crazy how he, Timashov, Neilsen, and Korshkov wont make our top 10. They could literally could be top 5 prospects in some systems.
