Figure I make a thread since a bunch of people here go to it and like to post what they see.

Menell is pretty good. Surprised he got passed over again.

Excited to see how the guys look. Obviously all players should not be ultimately judged by development camp performances, but we can at least see how far ahead of the pack Sanheim, Provorov, and Konecny might be. Also eager to see how Aube-Kubel, Allison, Morin, and Laberge look

Thank you so much for all the work you and others do here. It is very much appreciated.

No problem!

Also information on Ondrej Vala. Pronman had him in his top 100.

At the 100th spot, we have a player that has an intriguing set of skills and tools. Vala is a big defenseman at 6-foot-5, and I think there is some puck-moving upside to his game. Mind you, he's no Erik Karlsson, but Vala has shown the hockey sense to be competent with the puck. And at the under-18 and WHL levels, he has been effective during his time on the power play. He is decent defensively too, using his big frame to clog up lanes and win battles. His skating is poor, with a real awkward stance and stride. He can be turned horizontally a little too easy by quick forwards, which is a major hurdle that he'll need to overcome on his way to potentially becoming a top prospect.

Big boy with some skating problems.

Mike Vecchione is interesting - first two seasons at Mt Union
77g 33-51 84 +40
Fell off last year
34g 9-20 29 +3
Injury or a talent decline or boredom?

A strong and speedy two-way transition winger who possesses good puck and passing skills, and is equally adept at finishing plays as he is creating them. All-in-all, an offensively minded two-way winger that can produce strong numbers due to his patience and responsibility in all three zones. (Curtis Joe, EP 2014)

Myers is not there due to injury, right?

Rubtsov due to contract situation or... ?

Stolarz? They either do not feel like it is needed for him or they have enough goalies.

Terrance Amorosa is done for us?

I see Fedotov will be there, why not Vorobyov? Marody??

Apparently Myers had groin surgery last week and will not be in attendance.

Stolarz & Leier moved on. They've been at these camps for about five or so years now. The Flyers did this with Cousins & Alt for examples either last year or the year before. They were deemed too old/expierenced for this by the Flyers.

The Flyers have more than enough bodies at these camps to start moving these guys on after a while.
