The winner will likely come out ahead of Michigan, but not Ohio State. Unless there is an upset elsewhere,I think they are playing for the Rose Bowl.

If Penn State wins, should they go over Michigan?? They lost to Michigan by 39 points. That head to head blowout has to matter.
