UNB had a pay-per-view service?
Didn't they and SMU use news-cast.com (I think it was), which charged for each game?

This is an interesting topic, and one I would be curious to hear each conference's philosophy on. On the one hand you have the issue you mention - a subscription service might mean less people are tuning in. But on the flip side you might be able to argue that making streams free would lead to less people going to the games. A few years ago UNB went from the pay-per-view model to a free service (like all AUS schools) and while I don't think it is the biggest reason, it has probably contributed at least somewhat to the falling attendance numbers in recent years.
Right. But I thought our games were free and SMUs games cost $?
I don't know the name of the guy who ran that site, but he's the still doing the video for UNB today.
well the Bisons are taking the ice for training camp soon and if we piece together the recruiting announcements and some well-sourced rumours we have a real strong recruiting class that is build if g on a very solid foundation from last year. The Bisons have a young, hard-working and academically successful team (11 Academic All-Canadians) that finished .500 last year and hosted a first round playoff series against the veteran-laden Calgary Dinos team which they lost in 3 games. All this despite having zero 5th year players and only 3 - 4th year players last year. With Alberta and Saskatchewan and Lethbridge all announcing very talented recruiting classss the Bisons will have their work cut out for them to finish in the top 4 but I like their chances more than last year when they finished 4th.

We'll see.Zalitach played 65 games in two seasons with the Warriors. He was acquired from Vancouver for a fourth round pick in 2015 and a third rounder in 2016.
"Reid re-injured his knee during the week," Millar said. "He has played for the past while with some chronic pain in his knee and he just feels he can't continue to do so. It's been a real challenge for him. He's going to move on with his life as well and is looking at going to the University of Manitoba in the beginning of January."
Zalitach had previously torn his MCL and also had a patellar dislocation in his knee during his career.
Any link to watch or listen to game tonight?
Heinrich to Manitoba isn't quite a done deal yet. You won't see him play until he's back from pro camp in Minnesota. Heinrich is still looking for a pro opportunity, if he doesn't get one, he'll go to Manitoba.I did not see a 6 or 14 out there. So if Heinrich of Nault drew into the lineup it was in a different jersey number.

Not sure what the deal is with Nault. Possibly an injury, but that's just speculation on my end.
Nault wore #17 on Saturday night and played real well. Not sure why several players wore other players jerseys.
