Find and right click the avy you want then select "copy image url". Click on your "forum name" -> "customize profile" (see image below) - > "edit avatar" and paste the image url in the custom avatar section.

Ideally each poster should sport a different avy. Take a look at the leftovers on the previous pages.

If you really want an already used avy, we could just change the picture to make it a bit different.
