2. Each round, pick the winning team of each series and number of games it will take for them to win four games. 2 points for correct team and 1 point for correct games (winning team only).

3. Stanley Cup round, points are doubled, same rules apply.

Highest points wins. Tiebreakers are points in the SCF (and using the Conference Finals, etc. if needed).

Yes, you get to re-pick the stanley cup winner once we see what the actual finals are. Picking the winning team and losing team ahead of time is for bonus points.
