Nutivaara. He has really shown good progress on Jackets D and is already a 3/4 D.

I went Nutivaara but suspect I would have Samsonov higher at this time next year. Goalies are funny, though.

Samsonov is an elite goalie? I don't think he's actually played an NHL game yet.

Nutivaara, by the way, is already at least a #4D. He's got top pair upside. It's kind of silly how he hasn't been voted in yet, he's better currently than the 3 D-men who just got voted in and there's more coming in his game. Great agility - very helpful for playing right-side as an LHD. Great shot. Fast. Excellent defensive metrics.
