</p> Perhaps the most anticipated NHL Draft in the past decade is now in the books. The 2015 draft class of 211 players, led by top talents Connor McDavid and Jack Eichel, have found new homes in the NHL and will begin their journey to a pro career beginning with the coming summer development camps put on by the 30 NHL clubs.

Is the USHL a comparable league to the CHL? Why so many from that league drafted?

Willy,

I just moved from Saginaw to Omaha. A CHL to a USHL town. I have been to training camps for both teams and the talent level is better in the O in my opinion. From talking to fans here most of thier team from last year competed at the camp I attended and to be honest I saw maybe 4 players who could have played maybe a bottom 6 role in the ohl. Then again thier top players get poached off to colleges so that could be the explanation.
