</p> To the surprise of absolutely no one, the Edmonton Oilers used the first pick in the 2015 NHL Draft to select Erie Otters phenom, Connor McDavid. McDavid has long been considered the top talent in his draft class, and probably the top draft-eligible talent available to the NHL since Sidney Crosby was chosen in the 2005 NHL Draft.



The list of awards McDavid copped during the 2014-15 is long – gold medalist with Team Canada at the 2015 World Junior Championship, CHL Player of the Year, and OHL Most Outstanding Player, just to name three.… read more
