Despite the fact he will never play a game in a Habs uniform, he is better then the rest of the players available. His decision shouldn't hurt his ranking. If it does, you're just being sour.

How is it being sour? Part of being a prospect is the realistic expectation that the prospect will one day suit up for the team. If the chance of that happening is much smaller than all the other prospects, doesn't matter how good you are, your stock will sink a bit.

It's getting hard. Voted Grégoire because he's the one I think has the best chance to become an NHLer.

Add Koberstein.

if he wasn't injured and didn't opt to leave the AHL for the SHL, he'd likely be a top 5 prospect in my rankings but now he's got huge question marks as to him ever coming over I personally would drop him a lot in my rankings. I would drop Reway in my rankings at least a little since I have concerns about him coming over.

Mac Bennett could very well pull a Pateryn this season.

It's possible, his skating/mobility are his best assets. But he plays smart as well. I thought he was better in the NCAA then Pateryn was, but I was disappointed that he didn't show more and that he was a healthy scratch at times for Joe Finley and that he was left off the black aces. But hopefully he has a better year, and can show more next year.

With the depth at D, I doubt it. Unless we get 3-4 injuries in our D.

IMHO

Tinordi
