^^ I think the teams those two play for have more to do with it than the actual player. Eakins was a terrible coach and Toronto hasn't been good since? I think Leddy is proof that those types can work it out eventually given the right situation.

Schultz is a nice player. Just needs to work with an NHL defensive coach, something that the Oilers hadn't had up till now.
