Team Canada didn't get what they came for at the 2014 IIHF U18 World Championship, but they are heading home with some hardware after winning the bronze medal game against Sweden, 3-1. A strong performance in net by Mason McDonald and goals from Brendan Perlini, Lawson Crouse and Travis Konecny were the difference in the game for the Canadians.



Although he didn't chip in any points in the win over Sweden, Canada forward Jayce Hawryluk was a hard-working presence both in the battle for bronze as well as over the course of the tournament.
