Two of Team USA's five wins at the 2014 IIHF U18 World Championship have been shutouts. The first shutout, a 3-0 win over the Czech Republic, was posted by starting netminder Alex Nedeljkovic, while backup Edwin Minney got the win in a 7-0 victory over Denmark.
So far in this tournament, Nedeljkovic has played in three of the four preliminary round games as well as the first game of the playoff round. He has notched three wins and the lone loss in the opener vs. Switzerland, posting a 2.01 goals-against average at the U18 to go along with a .893 save percentage.… read more
