I'm weeping at the beauty of this thread. Woodhouse did his part. Now it's time for Murray to start...

I know that sabres employees dont check HFboards but we ought to find a way to get a nice copy of that graphic over to FNC...

Yes. It'd be insane not to take that. 2015 might be McDavid. No way it'd take that much to move up 2 spots.

You are basically getting a 2015 2nd and taking a gamble that Calgary is worse than St.Louis next year. While it is likely Calgary could progress. If Treliving thinks he is an Ekblad away from being in the playoffs, he might make the deal.

Of course it wouldn't but what would it take you to move the #2 back to 4? I hope it would be an overpayment.

All I want is Florida to keep 1 and take Ekblad and for us to call Sam Reinharts name right after. If a teams gonna trade up to #1 I hope it is Edmonton or Toronto who would be taking Ekblad.

Less then 20 hours away, I can't wait !

Calgary will be worse than St. Louis. They'll be a bottom 10 team which means we get a guy who could be a 1st liner or top-pairing defenseman, possibly McDavid, Eichel, or Hanifin to boot. The entire top 10 next year projects very highly right now.

Hey Tallon! You better make that pick, or I swear on my mother's grave you're gonna be in for a world of hurt.

If one of the Sams goes number one, I'm taking Ekblad at number two.

Then I'm offering Myers and whatever else it takes to get Edmonton's pick at number 3. If that doesn't work I'm offering Myers and whatever else it takes to Calgary to get number 4. That way I'll get either the other Sam or Draisaitl
