I think any 2nd round prospect who has to go back for an overager year is going to drop in the rankings solely to that fact.

Correct me if I'm wrong but D.T. didn't go back as an overager and signed a contract with the habs in may(I assume for to go pro).

I thought Thrower was old enough to go pro this past season but the Habs sent him back to junior?

I'm sure someone with more knowledge on the subject can clarify it.
